are custom digital services.
Because of the time, planning, and creative effort involved, all sales are final once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

Work has not yet started, and

A written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment, and

No creative concepts, drafts, filming, or prep has been completed
If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed or partially completed work

Delivered content (final or draft)

Creative differences or change of mind

Dissatisfaction with subjective style or performance

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or feedback

Failure to achieve specific performance results (views, engagement, conversions)
Creative performance outcomes are not guaranteed.
4. Revisions & Reshoots

If a project includes revisions, they are limited to what is outlined in the agreed scope or invoice.
Reshoots or additional revisions outside the original agreement may require an additional fee and are not grounds for a refund.
5. Cancellations
​
If a project is canceled after work has begun:

Any completed work will remain billable

Any remaining balance may still be due, depending on the stage of the project

No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress services
6. Subscription or Retainer Agreements

For ongoing or retainer-based services:

Refund terms are defined in the individual agreement

Payments already made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
7. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Revocation of usage rights for delivered content
